In our opinion, this information should not be hidden in the T&Cs. We would have preferred to see some, if not all of these rules clearly stated on MonoPlay’s withdrawal page. 

What we couldn’t find were specific details about MonoPlay’s withdrawal process. This isn’t the end of the world because many online platforms use similar procedures that follow these general steps:

Naturally, we can’t say what information MonoPlay does or doesn’t let its team share. But, since we had similar interactions with multiple support agents, we can assume that their cagey messages are the result of a company policy or rule.
