We also did not enjoy how inaccessible the chat is, as we describe below. When you finally do get to it, it is opened in a separate window. 

Be careful not to switch your tabs or windows, because this automatically closes your chat really hindering your experience.

Bringing Our Review of Rizk Casino to a Close

The only negative aspect of this casino is the customer service. We feel we can not rely on it 100% as it is sometimes completely dysfunctional, from our experience.

Other than that, we really liked Rizk. The promotions at the casino are really good. We were keen to come back day after day to try our luck at the drops and wins competitions and also claim the double chip on Wednesdays which doubled all our winnings!
