The base game is played on a 5x3 grid with 20 fixed paylines and wins are calculated using standard payline rules, which is when three or more matching symbols appear from left to right. 

The base game uses 2 key mechanisms to augment standard gameplay instant-win Red Hearts that pay a prize whenever four or more land anywhere on the screen; and a ‘Slot Machine’ symbol that will trigger a Mini Feature when a Red Heart is on the screen when it lands in reels 2, 3, and 4.
