A cluster of at least 5 identical symbols in contact is required to make a paying connection. The symbols used are then removed and replaced by new symbols in a cascading effect called tumble.

You won't find any scatter symbols or free spins in The Magic Cauldron: Enchanted Brew. In fact, there are 4 simple features that can be obtained during the paying spins on this slot. When all of these features have been triggered, then one of the two bonus features will be randomly selected. On the left side of the screen, a cauldron with a counter is placed and receives each deleted symbol from the grid. The basic counter shows 25 and will be reset after each paying round. Each time 25 symbols are collected in the cauldron, one of 4 simple features is randomly obtained:

• Beefuddlement: As soon as the cascade no longer triggers a connection, all premium symbols on the grid are turned into common symbols;

So you need to collect 100 symbols in the same pay round to get these 4 features in a random order. Add to this the removal of 25 more symbols and you will get the 5th and final feature which will be considered the bonus. It will be randomly selected from 2 different features:

• Potion of Darkness: As soon as the stunt no longer triggers a connection, all common symbols on the grid are removed and only premium symbols can fall to replace them;

• Unicorn Dust: As soon as the stunt no longer triggers a connection, between 3 and 4 Unicorn Wild are randomly placed on the grid with a starting multiplier between x1 and x2. In addition to making it easier to connect, these Wilds are not deleted and increase their multiplier with each paid connection to a maximum of x20 per Wild. After each successful connection, the Unicorn Wild moves one space. If multiple Unicorn Wild are used on a single connection, their multipliers multiply with each other for an extremely high potential payout. The feature, and therefore the game turn, ends when no connections result from the cascade.

If during one of these two bonus features no connection is available after the activation of the effect, the whole grid will be deleted to be completely replaced and the effect will be activated again. This mechanism will be repeated as many times as necessary until at least one paid connection is validated.

The Magic Cauldron: Enchanted Brew is a rather original slot game that is quite different from what the provider has been offering so far. The 7x7 grid and tumble system is very popular but reminds us more of Reactoonz than Sweet Bonanza. Indeed, no bonus purchase function is available here since the bonus is the result of a chain of smaller features due to connections during the same turn. The universe is well worked out, the graphics are good and the animations are fluid and colourful.
